Billing, Refunds, and Digital Delivery

This page explains how paid LeadsFinder access is delivered, how subscriptions renew and can be canceled, and how refunds are requested.

Digital delivery

LeadsFinder products are digital software tools. After purchase, paid access is activated for the account, email address, or license used to log in. Access is delivered through the related web app, browser extension, or account login.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel from the billing portal, account page, or by contacting support. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments unless required by law or covered by our refund policy.

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, first-time purchases are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact support with the account email used to log in and your purchase details. Refund eligibility may be limited in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or violations of our Terms.

Payment processing

Payments are securely processed by an authorized payment provider. LeadsFinder does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers. Charges may appear on your statement as LeadsFinder, the related tool name, or a similar descriptor.
