These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of LeadsFinder, including GMapLeads and other websites, browser extensions, software tools, subscriptions, and services operated under the LeadsFinder brand. LeadsFinder tools may support different use cases, including business research, personal backup, account export, productivity, and data organization.

By accessing or using LeadsFinder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our websites, browser extensions, subscriptions, or related services.

LeadsFinder products are digital tools. After a successful purchase, paid access is activated for the account, email address, or license used to log in. Access is delivered through the relevant web app, browser extension, or account login. If access is not activated within a reasonable time, contact support.

Payments are processed by an authorized payment provider. LeadsFinder does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers. Your payment may appear on your bank or card statement as LeadsFinder, the related tool name, or a similar descriptor.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal, account page, or by contacting support. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments unless required by law or covered by our refund policy.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. To request a refund, contact support with the account email used to log in and your purchase details. Refund eligibility may be limited in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or violations of these Terms.

You agree to use LeadsFinder only for lawful purposes. Depending on the tool, permitted use cases may include business research, personal backup, account export, productivity, or data organization. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, privacy rules, anti-spam laws, and third-party platform terms.

You may not use LeadsFinder to collect private or restricted data, access data without authorization, bypass access controls, send spam, harass individuals, violate third-party rights, or engage in unlawful activity.

For tools intended for personal backup or account export, you may only use the tool with accounts, content, or data that you own, control, or are authorized to access.

For tools intended for business research or lead generation, you are responsible for ensuring your use of exported data complies with applicable privacy, marketing, anti-spam, and data protection laws.

LeadsFinder tools may interact with supported third-party platforms or link to third-party websites. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for making sure your use of LeadsFinder complies with any applicable third-party terms.

Exported data is controlled by you. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access, export, store, and use data exported through LeadsFinder tools.

LeadsFinder websites, browser extensions, software, text, graphics, logos, and related materials are owned by LeadsFinder or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or use the service materials except as permitted by these Terms or by written permission.

LeadsFinder is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of LeadsFinder after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
